That really isn't "the other side" though. The whiners were the ones who threw temper tantrums and repeated their complaint over and over and over again like a spoiled brat not getting their way. There was a few of them.

Certainly, most of the people who were unhappy with the change in membership, were articulate, respectful, and got their point across without being rude. They were not whiners at all.

Assholes are assholes though. If someone is being an asshole, it doesn't matter what side of a debate they are on.

They have. Again, the asshole comment was never even remotely directed at folks who are unhappy with the membership change. That is the biggest thing people have gotten wrong with this whole Tim/asshole thing.

let's clear something up. we won't be getting the 2011 single and mag till 2012, so I'm assuming you mean the 2010 single and deep mag that we will get in 2011? My membership isn't up for renewal until July, so even if I don't upgrade until the last possible second, I should still get 2010's single and mag in 2011, whenever they may come, as far as the mods have explained it. But I guess the confusion lies in that almost nobody's renewal date is January 1st.

Actually I think there is. Wouldn't it be easier to just post the information here for all? Hell, it doesn't even effect me, but the number of people that have asked it is quite high. That's an example of how I think they could use this board to improve their communication and service.

I renewed as "analog" this week and got my code for a bootleg. Do you just pick one out of the goods section and then put the code in the coupon space at the checkout to redeem it?

It is posted in here, in fact numerous people have posted what the actual email replies from them were. If you don't feel like searching, email them yourself or call them and you will in fact get an answer too. It's that simple. It's honestly pretty simple to figure out. In fact, if you called them you could have had an answer in a shorter time than it took you to write this post.

A) its not smart... its condescending oversimplification... not a single thing in this thread is as black and white as RM22 and others make it out to be... 10C doesn't get to be "a business" when they make a savvy business move and "just a fan club" when they ignore logical business procedure... not addressing common questions on their easily accessible fan forum is BAD BUSINESS and POOR COMMUNICATION... you yourself just had questions regarding the same topic... RIGHT ABOVE this brilliant post... if someone would update the original thread with answers to these VERY common question then a lot of time could be saved for the fans AND the club... no need for people to dig through this thread for answers or email and wait a day for a response

everyone needs to get the fuck over themselves and realise that they are no better then anyone else around here.
