Does anyone know if they have changed writers this season?
I watch the show pretty regularly, (used to love it) but i have to say I think this current season is dismal.
I saw a few re-runs and they were hilarious! what has changed? Other than the kid growing up and becoming annoying. Allen has hooked up with like 7 of the hottest women I've ever seen -- just ridiculously lame.

I think I'm done with this show. What do they say? I feel like it has "jumped the shark".
That episode last night was painful.
I get it the pharmacist likes drugs. it was funny once or twice, but that was too much.
And I also get it, charlie hates his mom. For godsake its not funny 20 times in one episode.
And what is with his acting when he's supposedly drunk?! You'd think they'd just let charlie actually get drunk, it would sound more believable.
I thought it was funny when jon cryer's mom hired him to help her sell a house. he was there after hours with his g/f, spilled wine, had to clean it up, the mom brought a couple in to see the view of the city at night. he had taken viagra and was in his underwear only with cleaning gloves on when the police caught him outside.

I thought it was funny when jon cryer's mom hired him to help her sell a house. he was there after hours with his g/f, spilled wine, had to clean it up, the mom brought a couple in to see the view of the city at night. he had taken viagra and was in his underwear only with cleaning gloves on when the police caught him outside.
That episode was funny. I love Allan. He's the funniest one on the show. It's so funny when he gets involved in stuff like that.

I hate to double dip on a post, but I earlier stated that "Two and a half men" was an awful and completely unfunny show, and I still stand by my opinion. But, I was recently catching up on a few of this seasons episodes of "South Park" and the episode titled "Poor & Stupid" featured a scene where the character Eric Cartman was trying to make himself dumber by watching a marathon of "Two and a half men" ...so after seeing that, I believe it proved my point without a doubt. Because let's be honest, South Park's opinions on issues no matter how insane, insulting, or trivial are usually right on the money. So, with that, I repeat, "Two and a half men is lame and is just a stupid show." Thanks for letting me share (again). :geek: bye.
I've always really disliked this show, I didn't like the humor. Yet, I love The Big Bang Theory, and it's made by the same guy, plus it has a similar style of humor. I don't know how that works at all.

saw a hilarius re-run the other day. One of the best lines/exchanges ever. It was between the brother, Alan and his hot 22 year old girlfriend Candy, who is a bit on the intellectually challenged side.
Candy: Ow, my tooth hurts when I brush my teeth.
Alan: When was the last time you saw a dentist?

he needs a drink or something bad....he's losing it
says he's cured but in his heart so much anger at the world
which is really supposed to be directed at himself
and will be if he gets some real help.
He won't be cured til he realizes its been his decisions and he takes responsibility for them.
I've always loved that guy no matter what, troubled soul.
I don't watch the show but personally I think that is the crux of the problem.
He meeds to find himself a nice lady and disappear to Montana or an island for the rest of his life.
The world is using him up and he is disappointing it in return and himself.
