no, i don't think so. Remember that walker that was laying against the fence post outside of Morgans house in the 1st episode? He seemed to be done, but then woke up when Rick approached & then Rick proceeded to bash him with that bat. Also, the Soldier in the Tank seemed dead as well.
Basically, over the winter, Carl has turned into a complete pimp. Grew his hair out, practiced his gun skills and now he's got Hershels daughter eyeing him up like prime rib.
