    I was wondering how long of a leash they're going to give Neptune. It's really weird to see Villanova so underwhelming after all these years.

    nova loses 5th in a row  (Vs down :giggle:  ) . Wonder if Neptune can survive if he doesn't make the Tourney again this year.   I know their fans want him out but will they fire him if Jay still backs him? They paid a lot in NIL for their transfers this year so those money guys can't be happy.    They probably need to go about 7-3 the rest of the way before the Big East tourney to have a chance.

    My Hawks have really been up and down in the A10. Just can't stop teams and it's killing them.   Big guy Christ is now healthy and starting to play real well so I still think they will have a pretty decent chance of winning the A10 Tourney.  Been a fun season though with a few bad losses but overall good to have a good team to care about again on Hawk Hill.

    I don't think any philly basketball team is gonna make march madness.St. Joe's probably has the best shot though.

    Drexel is in 1st in the CAA. Obviously they will have to win the Tourney but they got a real shot.

    I think Penn is not going to even make the top 4 of the Ivy to get into their Tourney but there is a 5 way tie for that spot right now.  Slajchert getting hurt killed them.   And Brett Brown's son is pretty good for them as a Freshman.

    Lunardi has them as the first team out right now. Wonder if they split last two games and win at least one next week gets them in. I think it probably will.

    these will be in the play in game in Dayton unless they make a surprise run in the Big East tourney.   Perfect scenario for committee- a highly visible program to put in one of the play in games.   Look for nova against Iowa or possibly Gonzaga if the Zags don’t win their conference tourney.  St John’s gonna end up in play in as well.  

    The best part of them making the tourney is it will keep Kyle InNeptune around for 3 or more years.  And that’s good for all of us non nova fans

    Not sure its ever happened 2 years in a row.  Last time before last year that no one made it I think was 1977.

    I was able to find that Yes, it was 1977 the last time none made it, but I can't find Info if it ever happened 2 years in arow.

    And, with the NIL and the way Transfers happen, this may not be the last time we see this?

    So remember that Temple possible point shaving from last year where they were being investigated for lines moving a lot? Seems it's coming to a head soon.  Hysier Miller who transferred to Virginia Tech has been released from the program with VA Tech saying it's due to an issue that happened before he was a member of VA Tech.   Not good.
