Yea, can't really blame the guy if he doesn't hear the whistle. The guy obviously didn't see the dude fall down when he picked off the ball. Dude deserved the penalty, but doesn't deserve to be kicked off the team.

BS. I don't for a second believe he didn't know the play was over. If he thought the play was still live than you make a football play like tackling him. He gave him a forearm to the head, not a football play in anyway what soever. Given that his team just lost a close hard fought game and that it wasnt a football play he made, no way I can think anything but that it was intentional.

The dude put his shoulder pad in the dudes face. It looked worse simply because the guy didn't expect to be tackled. Is an offensive line man supposed to know the correct way to tackle?

1 gm suspension vs cupcake jackson st. Plenty of still shots show it was a forearm to neck area. Not even close to a football play. One even shows players head down and forearm extended. No way anyone can convince me given the circumstances it wasn't dirty.

I guess it makes sense when the dude from Texas doesn't even get a flag for leading helmet to helmet. That's now a call the refs can even penalize after reviewing the play and decided not to even review.

Had fun on the trip to Dallas despite the absolute and total pushing in of USC's shit by Alabama.
First quarter? Looked like we had a shot & we actually were the better of two crappy teams out there.
Rest of the game? It looked like USC was a high school team and Bama was the defending SB champs. Wow, that was an abuse of the highest degree right there.
Did not expect USC to win but didnt expect the 3rd worst loss in a storied history.
Oh well, there is always next year.

(Just kidding, I will still root for these overrated kids, coached by an outmatched staff. We play Utah State this weekend, and one thing we know for sure headed in to the game is that the Utah State kids will be better prepared than the USC guys.)

Wow, UW up to #10 in AP. As a Badger fan its exciting but I don't believe they are one of the 10 best teams in the country. I think being 16th in the coaches poll is more accurate.

It's unlikely they stay in the top 25 at all. I don't know if they will play Michigan and OSU this year, but I don't think they can beat either of them.

I went to their ACC opener against FSU in 2013; Jameis Winston's first collegiate start. It may as well have been in Doak. Nole fans easily drowned out the Pitt fans.

recently, Utah was 6-0 and ranked #3 in a year where they weren't really any good. I think they went 3-3 after that and only made it back into the top 25 after they won their bowl hame.
