Hilarious how so many East Coasters were yapping about how Ed's solo shows would probably be "boring" and "nothing compared to Pearl Jam," and now that he's rumored to be heading your way the tone has completely changed.
Jealous fuckers.Everything has chains...Absolutely nothing's changed. - PJ

I just gambled that there would be some east coast dates....got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...0 -

True, maybe not before Toronto. Sorry it got skipped on this leg though....got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...0 -
Quote me on this. I will NOT pay to see another Ed Solo show until the setlists start changing!
Also, I never want to hear Millworker again!0 -
man I hope so this would be sick!!!!Out of the Blue and Into the Black................Uncle Neil Philly 08 here I come!!!!0

But it just gives me a better excuse to hit the road and finally visit places like DC for the first time
Didn't really make sense for them to come to Toronto given the geography of this little mini-tour. Plus, we have been spoiled in recent years, so I am not complaining
I agree, I hope Canada gets some love IF their is an east coast solo tour. Sam for the south. We'll see....got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...0 -
If there is an east coast leg, Toronto will get a show - I remember hearing rumblings that Massey was tentatively booked in May for an EV show - that obviously didn't happen...just keep something in mind, without saying anything there is DEFINITELY one reason I can think of that Ed may be taking time off late summer early fall. so take it all with a grain of salt0

geesh Mick, you are brutal on Sir Ed. I flew thousands of miles from Philly to SD for the 2 SD shows and even if the setlists were exactly the same, song for song, the 2 shows would be different just because of the stories that evolve and the crowd's involvment. Each night is a different experience. Yes, it would be neat for the 2.5 hours to have no or little replication but give the guy a break. He has a lot in his catalog for us considering he is solo and does a lot of covers. I spent way too much $ on the cross country trip but it was worth every penny. If I am blessed enough for another opportunity at another Ed solo gig, and within an hour drive being in Atlantic City, I would be a pompass ass for not going. These solo shows were a rare gift and I am forever grateful that A) they happened, andthat I got to experience 2 of them

did all of you who got tickets on the west coast get tickets through 10C? or did you pay big bucks?
already worried how I will get my hands on a set of tickets.
Wouldn't it be great to see them in Philly at the TLA or Trocadero.
(and wish PJ would play the Spectrum before they tear it down!)"I knew all the rules, but the rules did not know me. Guaranteed."

Not to be a downer but they did have a date held there last fall for the whole band to play and that never materialized. Im just saying I wouldn't get over excited or start planning for it until it is announced.Yellow Ledbetter is my least favorite song. Because as soon as you hear the first note you know it is time to say goodbye.0
