Forza 4 is pretty amazing! GT5 just got knocked off the top of the hill (with a good assist from Sony's horrible menu and presentation system). Can't wait for my Fanatec wheel to show up. The wheel and pedals cost an arm and a leg, but it can be used cross-platform for xbox, ps3, and the pc so it should pay off.
Racing should keep me busy until 11/11/11. After that, I'll be fighting some mud crabs for fun.
It IS awesome.
There are some issues with the Fanatec gear at the moment. You will end up getting no rewards using the wheel in 900° rotation (sensitivity) setting, which is not cool cause to me it feels the best.
Also the wheel makes a whining noise when it connects to the 360 (not the fan). Can't hear it over the game, but still.
Both of those issues are under investigation. I played the first 6 races and stopped getting rewards by race 6, and don't get any in MP or otherwise unless you turn the sensitivity to 270°. I don't like that setting though, so I'm waiting it out.
I also tried using it with GT5 and can't get the gas pedal to work right. It registers slightly, but not enough to move the car or to select in menus.

Hopefully you won't have any, but it seems pretty widespread (the no rewards issue in Forza is not a wheel fault though, that's something T10 has to work out).

I'm looking forward to the XBOX 360 remake of Halo: Combat Evolved. I probably haven't played the original Halo since Halo 2 came out like 7 years ago, but we used to play that game for hours. Hard to believe it's 10 years old.

Whenever I think about it, I believe that Uncharted 2 is the best game I've played in the last decade (which is funny because I'm a 360 guy through and through). After seeing the early reviews I am somehow even more excited for this game which I didn't think was possible. Now if I could only finish up Gears 3 and maybe Rage before then!

I tried playing the first game, Demon Souls, was playing for maybe an hour, died at some point and got respawned way back near the start of it all and said fuck that and didn't play it again.
I have Skyrim and Assassin's Creed Revelations pre-ordered. Can't wait for them. I actually wanted to wait to get Skyrim in a game-of-the-year bundle with downloadable content because they always do that but when I got to the store to trade in games, I had so much store credit that I forgot that was the plan and got it.

Yeah, that game is brilliant. While there are times I want to throw my controller across the room, the complexity, the depth, and the....mystery of this game keeps me coming back!
Not sure how far you are in it yet, but once you get the ability to join other (or have people join your) world, it makes those bosses a whole hell of a lot easier!
I told a buddy about this game and how great it was. He ran out and bought it. He played it for about 3 hours and said "fuck that!". Then again, he's more of the instant satisfaction gamer...the Call of Duty type who doesn't really want to spend the time or effort...or thinking, in order to succeed.
For me, dying 15 times in a row, losing thousands of souls in the process is beyond maddening!!! BUT, once you finally slow down, examine and observe your enemies before trying to slash your way through, it makes getting to that next bonfire that much greater!!
Without a doubt, the best game of the year (so far).
Some other fans have been hoping for London or Vancouver. I would love to see Vancouver / Seattle, there's so many great places in and around the Lower Mainland, can even take a ferry ride to the island.
I remember playing Midtown Madness in Paris, that was a great city to play in.

I will be getting it but for 360. I actually just tested the new Fanatec with 2010 last night and it was soooooo much better than the MS wheel.
