Going to see them in Glasgow on Wednesday night. Really looking forward to it, they are one of the few bands on my 'haven't seen yet' list.

  • [quote="Empty Glass"Getting super jacked upfor the Philly show in a couple of weeks. On a major Crowe kick this week and enjoying every second of it.

    Haven't seen them since '95[/quote]

    +1 :)

Can't wait. Taking my girl who has never seen them so that's always cool. She's been loving the music that I've given her...Amorica, Souther Harmony so far. Should be a fun night in Philly. :D

Nice, very cool! Let us know how the show was? :)

While I'm on the subject of reviews, would love to hear anyones impression of their new live album(Wiser For..) on vinyl? Especially someone that has both that and the other live Crowes release from like a year ago(RockNRoll) . At some point I'm gonna get'm so it would be nice to know which one to start with? Thanks..

Absolutely amazing last night. They were so tight, it looked almost effortless. A wee nod or a look between them and they could send a song in a totally different direction.

i'm not too good with song names but the setlists from the past couple of shows have been getting put up on their facebook page.

Finally getting around to spinning Wiser for the Time. The solo Luther does on "Downtown Money Waster" is sick. I'm gonna miss him.

  • Went last night. Terrific show. Rich and Jackie were amazing.

Terminal 5 is a great place to see a show. Never been there before. Actually stood 2nd level above the crowd with great view of the band. I think it was better than Bering on the rail.

I will say they were loud. I mean, I saw G 'n R at Roseland and this was three times louder at times.

Great show. Whoever else is going is in for a treat.

Holy hell. Still on a high from DC tonight (night 1). I was expecting some kick ass rock n roll but was NOT prepared for what I just witnessed. I found myself smiling like a goofball for no good reason more times than I could count...that show was just WOW. Unbelievably talented live- the jams, the skill of each member, Chris' voice--everything was simply incredible. Easily a top 15 show or maybe even top 10 show for me. I want to skip what I have to do tomorrow and go see them again on their 2nd night! This was one of those shows where you leave and think to yourself, "DAMN, I love live music!!"

They do indeed kick ass. I cannot wait to see them again. If it wasn't for all my uni work I have to do I would have gone to the show the following day.

Also if you don't know they do a bootleg series in the same vain as PJ here:

FANTASTIC show last night! They were everything I hoped they would be. Doors at 7, no opening act, they were onstage by 8:35. I lost track of how long they played but I would guess about 2:20. Had so much fun.

Tickets just went on sale for their return to Boston in July and I will be going to that show too! :D

Just bought tix for the Alpharetta (Atlanta) show in July. My wife loves Tedeschi & Trucks band (as do I) so this couldnt be more of a win-win!
