fat has affected 3 huge plays in first two games...amazingly, all with negative effect on the tigers
1 - cabrera showing the range of a dinosaur on zito's hit
2 - fielder showing his 21 minute mile form on the play at home plate
3 - fielder belly flopping after the foul ball that arti lange would have caught without diving
with SFs two best starting pitchers yet to throw, it looks like I was wrong. won't even take 6 games

you need to understand...our bullpen was very unreliable...Leyland did not have a lot of choices he obviously trusted. Coke pitched his ass off in the playoffs...pitching was not our problem...scoring 6 runs in 4 games was the problem...getting shut out twice in the WS was the problem.
I also doubt Coke was out of gas ... Leyland knows how much his pitchers have left and can give ... nobody in Detroit's bullpen do I consider lights out ... so for Coke to give up only 1 run in the entire post season was awesome.
Detroit just got be beat ... the giants hit better ... pitched better ... most importantly they played better defence ... and did the fundamentals better.
