Haha I always thought he was out, and that Giambi's stupidity greatly outweighs Jeter's play.

Jeff Francoeur had a very strange ground rule double tonight. It hit the top of the wall, bounced high in the air, and the outfielder caught it over the fence. They originally called him out!?!? Try to catch the video. That's a first for me.

I was at that game, and I wanted to kill Giambi for not sliding. That play changed the whole momentum of that series. What a dumbass! :fp: And an absolute spectacular play by Jeter.

Braves/Phillies in a crazy game right now. Halliday gave up 8 runs after Philly was up 6-0. Then Phil's come back to lead 12-8. Braves take the lead back 13-12. Phil's score 1 in the ninth inning and now were through ten. I need to get to sleep!

    Braves win 15-13!!!

Chipper hits a foul ball that cleared the fence. 2 pitches later he hits it fair- walk off HR.

what's the ruling on a strikeout pass ball runner safe at first situation in relation to a perfect game?

    28 out perfect game?

yes i know there was a walk later taking the question out of play

Perfect game was done once the guy reached on the past ball. Wow...Twins on pace to lose 121 games this year. So so bad...

I still think a passed ball should be ruled an error.

I bet that four teams are towards the top of the list at the end of the year too (but the Orioles won't be one of them).
