ITW Vinyl in stores today?

Anyone pick this up at the local record shop yet today....? The record store up the street told me they had decided NOT to release any copies to stores anyone else hear this?

If so that really sucks....

    i contacted 2 major record places in NJ and 1 smaller place, and no one is selling it so far.

    Only indie record store I know of in Houston didn't order any....

    I don't think there will be many copies to be found in Europe. Good luck if you want to pick one in Paris...

    Tallahassee (Florida) store did not have it and couldn't even find it listed as a vinyl release by any of their distributors.

    It appears that plans have changed.

    What two stores in NJ? I was going to go hit up a bunch in about an hour, and could save some time if I knew what places to avoid.

    Funny how it is supposed to come out today, but so far no one has them in. That's probably because they are going on ebay later today. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch on the ebay being sold by record stores.

    i just went out and hit every fucking record store in chicago.....(well almost)

    and not ONE OF THESE FUCKERS has a copy????

    i went into every decent record store in portland asking about it and not a single one had the vinyl release in their computer system. i think amoeba got some and maybe a handful of other places on the west coast.

    but i do have a contact deep within a certain organization that i may try to hit up.

    My very reliable record store here in chicago said everyone heard about it going on sale but NOBODY ever even had an opportunity to order any?

    I have to call bullshit on anyone that says they already picked it up at their local record shop....

    Just missed it in Vancouver. Well known store had some copies but they were reserved i guess as i called at 11 and they were gone! Also a place here in Vic tried to order some but they didn't get any.

    J&R didn't have it in NYC. I stumbled across a new record store in the financial district that just opened. The owner said he thinks he will be receiving it in the coming days. I doubt it, but put my name down just in case.

    Checked easy street they said no and Holy cow records at pikes place didnt even knwo it was coming out so did 10c give any out and if so does any one know how many

    Yeah, i know, but I had to try, right :)

    I'm surprised too about Vinyl Fever, but from what I hear, they aren't the same store any more. They were bought out by a larger company and kept the same name. They get "fixed shipments" in each week- completely different from before. It's kind of sad actually.
