with just data from my shows with songs that i have at least 5 occurances. i also seperate tags and give them seperate lines. i should include what part of the set they occur in as well.

the average postion a song is played in a given setlist.

i've got it to add how many songs from Ten i've heard. 21
but that still doesn't show if i've heard each song live. some of those could be doubles.
What’s the formula that shows if I’ve heard a whole album?

oh wait i see that's the songs column. well i'm going to relabel that songs in an album

i have an excel file that lists all songs i have heard in alphabetical order, with each show date next to it listing what dates i heard the song, than a song total and a percentage heard for them. Then on another page i have all albums listed and color the songs red if i heard them, or green if i havent so i can cross also full albums that i have heard, and i know what songs i am missing.

depends on how you have layed out your data, but i would do it this way...

all your data goes on one tab, and then on anouther tab, i would list the song names. than the formula would be =countif('data tab'A:A,a2) this assumes the name of your songs are in column A of your data tab and the name of the song you want to count is in a2 of your other tab.

All you do is add the show you attended and it runs stats on them.. Tons of STATS!!!! I LOVE STATS!!

so they have played 16,150 songs over the last 20 years and i've seen 275 of those. i'm suprised my % is as high as it is.

doesn't paste pretty....but Once has been played 274 times. Once makes up 7.6% of all ten performances or 1.7% of all performances. I've seen it 3 times or 1.1% of the times played.

I have one. 137 different songs heard. There are only 13 album songs I haven't heard and 7 are on Avocado.

I just made one! Actually, still working on it. So far, I've got the tally (455 TOTAL songs heard, 127 unique songs). Not including partial tags.

Now, I'm working on expanding it to show which songs were played in which order at each show, so that I can see those rare times when they opened up with Even Flow or closed with Indifference, etc. Also, it will be cool to see trends like, I hadn't heard Hail,Hail since 1998 until this tour, and I heard it twice in three nights.
