    First Exit...

    I am contemplating if I should shave my hair off.
    It is long, I have been growing it for over a year.
    But it's getting too high maintenance and people at work think I look like a bad ass.
    I think they may think its unprofessional.
    Plus this girl I am interested in likes guys with short/shaved hair.
    Shave it or leave it long?

    Shave it. If you're worried about looking unprofessional, I'm assuming you either take your job seriously enough to look professional, or you're looking to move up in the job market, and you therefore want to seem more professional. In either case, you should look professional 100% of the time, because you never know who you're gonna run into.
