  • As far as other small venues, the new House of Blues holds 2,800, but they're having trouble keeping it up to code.
    2006- Boston I
    2008- Boston I+II
    2009- Toronto, Philly III+IV
    2010- Bristow, Hartford, Boston, Newark

haha. i was at the disco biscuits show last weekend that they stopped early for "violations." What really happened was the fire marshall wondered to the dressing room where the band was smoking weed and then shut it down.

The Garden isn't even close to being sold out... I think Fenway is out of the question at the moment. :(

I cannot believe its not sold out last time it sold out in 12 minutes.. maybe the scalpers are not as aggressive.

Looks like just balcony behind the stage is available at this point.

If they can't play the second show at the TD Garden due to playoffs...I wish they would consider having the show at the DCU Center in Worcester? I could walk right over to the show after work. :)

the irving plaza situation was the best

hmmm... maybe i should change my address ;)

oh and i had no idea orpheum is only 2800

    what about the wang?

what other small venues do we have?
I think Wang holds like 3,600 or 3,700.

There's The Opera House of course where EV played, the occasional rock show there.

You can't beat the wang for entertainment.

I think its also because balcony tickets are just as expensive as loge tickets. I bet if they were 25-30 dollars cheaper in the balcony it would easily sell out. We all would pay that price because we're huge fans, but the average fan isn't going to want to pay that much. At least with Mansfield you can get a cheaper ticket on the lawn if you want.
    PJ:
    2003 Mansfield: July 2
    2004 Boston: Sept 28 & 29
    2005 Montreal: Sept 15
    2006 Boston: May 24 & 25
    2008 Hartford: June 27, Mansfield: June 28,
    2010 Boston: May 17
    2013 Worcester: Oct 15, Hartford: Oct 25,
2016 Hampton: April 18, Raleigh: April 20 (cancelled), Columbia: April 21. Quebec: May 5. Boston (Fenway): August 7

EV Solo: Boston 8/2/08, Boston 6/16/11
