I cannot stand ACDC

I can't stand them either. I even went to see them once since everybody said they're great live (and because my girlfriend at the time wanted to go)...but it did nothing for me. Maybe if everybody around me wasn't an annoying retard I might have had some fun...***Desperately looking for a Pearl Jam Phillies themed Oct. 31 Philadelphia shirt in M or L. I can't believe they've managed to survive 30+ years and STILL call themselves AC/DC with this poser Brian on lead!

I hope your avatar doesn't allude to the fact that you've followed Van Halen through all their incarnations, because this quote would be quite hypocritical if that were the case.

(a) My comment was sarcastic and geared to anyone who has issues with current bands who carry on after their bandmate offs themselves via drugs, drink or the party lifestyle in general.
(b) Van Hagar was good for what it was... and a big part of my adolescence, so no complaints here. Van Cherrone and Van Halen, the Second and Third Comings, are jokes in my opinion and do not qualify under point (a).
(c) The avatar fits the user name, no?
(d) Gee, I'm really sorry your mom blew up, Ricky, guess she won't be able to eat any spicy foods for awhile.0 -
if you wanna talk about pure balls out rock and roll....... there is none better.0

And agree that Bon Scott era was WAY better then Brian Johnson era but its still awesome.0 -
I love ACDC. Sure a lot of the songs are similar but they rock as hard as anyone half their age. Back in Black is a great album, one of the best rock albums EVER, actually. I saw them last summer and had a blast at their show. Angus is more energetic than any guitarist I have ever seen and I dare you to find someone as energetic as him. his solo during Let There Be Rock was unlike anything I have ever seen.He who forgets will be destined to remember.

98% of all rock bands do one thing and do it well, but nobody does anything as good as ACDC does theirs.
Medical help lol

Well, I jumped on their train quite late and never was a big AC/DC fan
but many many songs from the Bon Scott era + Back In Black, Razor's Edge are fuckin awesome, and Black Ice is a decent record as well!!!
And by the way they blew my mind last year in Budapest, they were absolutely gorgeous and it was the loudest fuckin show I've ever imagined!!!Budapest.Budapest.Arnhem.Antwerpen.Vienna.Madrid.Katowice.Nova_rock.Nijmegen.Rotterdam.Berlin.Dublin.Belfast.London.Venice.Prague.Stockholm.Copenhagen.Vienna.Leeds.Milton_keynes.Padova.Prague.Seattle1.Seattle2.Chicago1.Budapest.Cracow.Vienna..>>>LONDON.BERLIN1.BERLIN2

I've seen AC/DC many times and I was warned how loud they were before seeing the Black Ice Tour. I took the pre-caution of using ear plugs for the first time along with my daughter. Best decision I ever made, man that concert was loud. The loudest of ove 500 I've seen.

Great band, no pretentions, no phony deep and meaningful lyrics, no pontificating about politics, not out to save the world. Just have a few beers, turn it up and have some fun. All bands should be like AC/DC. You sound like a whining little toe rag who deserves to be bullied, are you an emo by the way?0

Ok maybe not hate.
CANNOT STAND is more like it.
Absolutely seconded.
I can't stand them; never have, never will.Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
