    the people very friendly and free thinking - you'll have great fun- maybe even some guys in drag
    the lesbian bars I go to in Sarasota the women are so down to earth- not at all like straight bars where there seems to be rivals about.

    My favorite bar in town is the gay bar. My wife is bi so sometimes it works out nicely. ;)

    Gay people know how to fuckin PARTY!!! I don't mind at all when I get "hit on." It is flattering.
    Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.

    the ex wife and I used to go to a gay bar with a friend of mine who was gay. cool place, nice sound system, cheap drinks, very very clean and the people were out this world friendly, and not in a "gay" way.

    Oh, it was also nice to have people offering to buy ME drinks every once in a while ! ;)

    went to one unknowingly with a group and took me a second to figure it out...i was focused on ordering a jack and coke...should've picked up on the fact that the bartender was wearing shirtless, wearing tight shorts, and wearing a glo stick on his head. not that there's anything wrong with that.
