Not that I know of. In the beginning, BK had a rough time at getting it set up properly. And last year one of his sales blew up. However, since then all's been fine. After yesterday's debacle at Postersandtoys, makes Number 7's site the RollsRoyce of e-commerce amongst all of the artists/dealers I shop at.

I think these will be a little quicker than normal... all the tubes seemed to have been rolled up. All BK has to do is print out the labels, slap them on any ol' tube and ship them out. It's not like he has to double check to make sure the correct label is attached to the correct tube!
Haven't checked yet on the status of the cc withdrawal but if you made an order and entered your cc info in, processed your order with a email received which includes the receipt with a confirmation order number etc.. your cc must of got charged right there on the spot.

It only shows the details of your order, your shipping information and billing information! Therefore i think everything should be ok! On the other hand i am wondering why you haven't received the email which comes a few seconds or minutes after finishing your order!!! Anyway, you can contact Brad per mail! I can tell you that he is very kind and always writes back...

just heard back from brad.....he stated there must have been a system error because my order never went through, and the tube left my cart. basically, i'm out of luck :evil: :evil:

I just checked my account and i was charged on the day of the sale for my tube, so you should have been charged already, i would assume..
