    Melb to me was the way noisiest crowd imo of the 4 shows I saw.
    The last few days Ive been listening to Bris and the boot to me seems noisier
    than how I remembered the crowd at Brisbane.
    Anyone else?

    I might be missing something, but I find the boot pretty bad to be honest. They seem to be out of time with each other ( probably some technical problem) and Mike's Even Flow solo is just awful. Sounds like one note being played over & over.

    Just listen to the Melb boot. I have listen to Black a million times but there was something pretty special about this one.

    I have had the boot for a month and I still get watery eyes for Just Breathe, Black and Throw you Arms around me.... And even though I have been lucky enough to hear Porch played many times before, this one was definitely the best version yet :)

    Already counting down the days (years?) 'till you come back!!!!

    Melbourne is my favourite Set List from the Aus/NZ Tour......I think.....
    I'll listen to them all again and let you know. :D ..........but Melbourne ROCKED!!!!!!!! :D

    does anyone in the far seats have any photo's of the whole shindig? i was in the pit so i have no idea what it looked like from above...there could have been 5 people behind and no one else and i wouldn't have known (except for the crush and all)

    great boot..IMO

    mid-set "Oceans", a tight version of "Brother", "Needle and the Damage" with Ed solo,
    and who can forget the "Whole Lotta Rosie" tag on YL...

    Not to mention almost a complete performance of Ten:

    Deep > Why Go> Porch (back to back to back... Holy sh8t...has this been done before???)

    This concert was so damn good...wish i was still there! best fuckin night of my life, everything was just right, close to the stage, 45,000 people, the best tunes...everything was just fuckin perfect!

    Thank fuck for the bootleg taking me back...

    If past experiences are anything to go by we only have two years or so to wait til the next tour!

    Bring on the 2012 tour...three shows at RL please!!! :P

    Couldn't agree more, great night. Thank PJ for giving us the bootleg, was listening to it yesterday.

    RL would be very nice, only so we could see them more than once in Melb

    don't think i did a Melb review? it was my fave show, one of :lol: OCEANS OUT OF F*CKING NOWHERE :shock:

    Brother 8-) funny they played that.. i lost my crowd position after having to leave the stadium to use the toilet amenities :? actually i was going to leave the stadium mid Ben Harper set but then the opening to under pressure started, how ironic for my bladder :? anyway, there's a point.. i managed to weasel my way back to where my brother and his friends were, brother :lol:8-)

    Awesome pics Stella captures the atomsphere so well....
    Funny looking at the 10c line watching ppl panicking....remember hearing these two guys stressing over getting posters mailed off...definitely caused a bit of commotion opening the gates early for us to only line up for ages again...
    Can remember finding a quiet spot after the show similar to the one in your pic while Matt Spencer got me a poster :)
    Love the pics of u and your bro....cant believe u got back down to the front again after the loo...
    GTF was absolutely awesome at Melb................ and Baba well I will never forget that song for as long as I live... And u are totally right about Oceans.....I was sure that would be played at syd thank god I was wrong..
    Followed by Lukin..... And how was The Needle and the Damage Done......OMG made me feel 17 again :)
    Melb was totally amazing..... the only other thing I could say about it is OMG!!! OMG!!!!

    the gates open so early i had to place my bag at spencer st, instead of the cloak room

    but the night was awesome and worth it
