north american sports, they are the worst without a doubt.
93 year old owner with a broken hip. He has given 3 financial guys extreme power over the organization. They only care about netting him $30 million or so every season. They hire old reject GMs and Head Coaches who are so desperate/comfortable that they dont mind the financial guys telling them how to build the roster.
Not only that, the team goes on the cheap for everything from players' facilities, scouting, etc. The only players they can attract here without overpaying are the undrafted free agents/practice squad fodder, journeymen looking for a crack at starting, and players at the end looking for one last payday.
The team does not market itself at all nor try to put out a positive image of itself. It all comes across as shitty and they blame the people of Buffalo for being too poor and few. Hence their 'justification' to move a game to Toronto (which is nothing but a $60 million dollar money-grab by the owner).
The kicker is the owner is going to hang onto the team until he dies. We are stuck in this purgatory. Then when he dies, they will likely be moved to Toronto, LA, etc. Its such bullshit and it isnt fair.
The ownership has started to make people apathetic towards the Bills... which is dangerous territory.
A new owner committed to Buffalo who nukes the front office will be a top 5 moment in Buffalo history.
I 100%agree with you mayday. I have become numb to the Bills. It's sad cause I love this team but I have grown tiref of the losing, medocrocy, cheapness and bumbling of draft picks and contracr extensions see Jauron and Fitzpatrick.
I want to believe that Jim Kelly will keep the team in Buffalp. But who knows if he can even buy the team. If the team is gonna leave just get it over with. I can ropt for LSU and the Sabres kust fine. But what irks me is we the fans have stood by this team abd Ralph is basiclly saying fuck you to us.
Sorry for spelling mistakes posting from my phone.
It is frustrating at times. The Bills have some loyal fans. All they need to do is put a competitive team on the field and the fans come. That's a fact. Shit. I remember all through the 90's the game was the place to be.
On another note, Fitzpatrick looks lost out on the field for some reason. It doesn't help that his arm strength has always been in question but now he's just making bad and desparate decisions. It's like right now he's trying too hard to be the anti- Trent Edwards. Instead of throwing a ball away or just eating it he is forcing everything, and when you lack arm strength...just not good.

Nix said basically that plenty of WRs can be had in any round. He also said that OLs were very deep. I definitely didnt want an overrated Notre Dame player.

The Bills D-Line could possibly be one of the best in the league now.
