where'd you grow up? the wife used to rent a place in berwyn...right across the street from the train station, around corner from main st cafe (not far from the berwyn tavern, which surprisingly is a cool dive bar)

really? is she from that area? 'stoga high school?

mom and pops are just a lil further east up lancaster ave. you know where the paddock is on lancaster/old eagle school road--across from that acme shopping center (lil past the horse show)? they're about 2 minutes from that.

not really...she's from bryn mawr and went to harriton high. somehow I managed to marry the only girl from the main line whose family doesn't have money.

yeah, I know where you're talking about. that area is cool. We actually had our rehearsal dinner at Main St Cafe. Heard that place changed its name...prob under new ownership or something. that's a shame...loved that place

I lived at the BT. I lived on Main Ave. in Berwyn at one point.

really dude? haha, that is funny. she had the first floor of a two story house. if you make the right off of lancaster ave onto main st, she was the first house on the left (right behind the bank).

by any chance did you know a dude that bartended there for a while named rippy?

Haha, wait, ya mean you would make the right if you were going down Lancaster towards the city? If so, I know exactly what house you're talking about. Old couple lives on the second floor? I lived right next door if that's the one you're talking about. We had the house with the deck to the side, parking lot with drive thru bank in the back. That place was a zoo.

Didn't know a Rippy. Maybe if I saw a face.

yeah dude, that's the place. Forget the woman's name...really nice, but talks a lot.

that is pretty crazy...I used to always see dudes out drinking on that porch

Rippy is my wife's cousin. dude is nuts. we used to get blasted for free at the BT

Yep, that's the place. We called the lady The Penguin because of how she waddles. And, yeah, she doesn't shut up.

Haha. Yeah, I was probably one of those dudes. Non-stop drinking going on there. How long ago was this?

Yeah, some dude Ian used to hook us up there all the time. And my roommate was a bouncer there - for what it's worth - and we used to not pay for anything. We still go there time to time because a friend still lives up the street. They've got a nice set up out back - patio, cornhole, pool tables, HUGE HD projection on the wall for games.

Berwyn is a weird weird weirrrrrd place.

We used to play beer pong at the BT too. I still love beer pong.

Yep, I was there then. In one form or another we were there from '04 until last May. Even when I didn't officially live there, I was always there on the couch on weekends.

    Indeed.

Yeah, she was probably the girl who lived downstairs that we would always say, "hey, who lives downstairs?" "some hot chick, but she doesn't come out too often." That was probably her. There was a lot of weirdos on that block.

yeah, wasn't there a dude a house or two down on the same side of street that used to sit out on his porch and drink a 12 pack every day? I remember hearing that the cops were always at his place for domestic violence

weird street, but that location was great...bars within walking distance and the train right there. money

That was our next door neighbor Eddie - the absolute worst. He would beat his dog and fight with his brother all the time. Two major crack heads - literally - living off their family's money. Since we would party every weekend, he would do fucked up shit like wait till like a random Tuesday night when everyone went to bed early for work and BLAST MGK or some shit at like 3 or 4 in the morning and yell and scream to fuck with us(we were connected with him by the wall) just to be a piece of shit.

I think he is referring to the infamous WWF "Montreal Screw Job" in which Bret Hart was screwed out of the WWF world heavyweight title by Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels.
