And I love how the skateboard in the Inxs cover has that plastic tail guard on it! It's like they bought one from Target for the shoot. No self respecting skater would ever buy a board that had one of those. That being said, Kick was a good album.

    Sergio liked it
Sergio also dug the ladies from Poison.

Sergio sold quite a bit of records to the guy I got those from at the record show.

R.E.M. - Out of Time reissue

Awful pressing. The hype sticker says that it was remastered from the original analog masters, which is just a bald-faced lie! I'm returning mine.

This is the second time Concord Bicycle has done something shady with a big vinyl release -- the NIN Halo box was number 1, when they just used leftover stock of the famously flawed Pretty Hate Machine -- and they can keep their shitty records from now on.
Ok, fair call, but what exactly is so bad about it? Surprised to hear that, thought they'd use the same source as the original, just tweaked.. The US original sounds really nice.

No depth or warmth whatsoever. Brickwalled shit. I'm ordering the EU version from Amazon UK to see if it's a better pressing. Concord Bicycle has nothing to do with that one.

One of the first albums I owned as a kid. My older cousin got me into them and u2 when I was 7. Hutchence's death affected me even more than Cobain. Miss him.

I know this is off topic... And I know there was a thread about this but I can't find it.

But has anyone found sleeves bid enough for boxes of 4 vinyl? I'm thinking like Jack White vault size for example. There are some on Amazon that say they handle 1.25 but the reviews are dubious to say the least.

I'm almost on deck for mine to be made, but the people from here who have already received them are VERY happy. If there is a sleeve you have in mind, just send him the measurements and he will make it for you. I am having some made for the Ten/Vs/vitalogy box sets, vaults, Benaroya Hall, Rearviewmirror, stadium Arcadium just to name a few. Have your name added to the list if you're interested!

Bags Unlimited make larger sizes available. I actually like them a little better because they are clear and almost look like the box is still shrink wrapped. https://www.bagsunlimited.com/product/3442/box-album-sleeves-with-flap

Do they fit your Jack White boxes? Those are the biggest ones I have, I think. I don't mind them being a little big for the PJ vaults.. better big than small.

I remember those boards back in the eighties. People did skate with tailguards and rails for a while plus they still sell them for retro boards. Powell Peralta still make them etc. But they have gone out of fashion I guess.
That board is a Vision Psycho Stick.

Yeah but Powell Peralta is now sold in like Target and such.. Sort of how Mongoose used to be a good bike but they are in Dick's and Wal-Mart.

Yes. Perfect fit. The new #30 is a little wider, tight fit, but still nice. The vaults are funky though, cause the are more rectangle than square. I got a few from the guy making them on The Porch to cover my vaults.
