Snagged this today as well. For whatever reason I stopped regularly listening to Wilco the past few years, but they are such a great band. I have a feeling this release will make me dive back into their entire catalog

I put this on last night. played thru my tube pre-amp into headphones..... sounded amazing. they did a wonderful job with the attention to detail on the vinyl release. You are gonna dig it. Also check out the Live from Chicago boxset. PJ could learn a lot from Wilco when it comes to vinyl releases.

Yeah, I have Live from Chicago. I first saw them when they toured for Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and have seen them 4-5 times since. Saw Tweedy solo a few years back too. However, a never really Gave Sky Blue Sky, Wilco, or The Whole Love a real chance. Not that I didn't like them, but other records trumped them for me at the time. I will probably dust off the LP's and give them another chance soon enough though

yours is very similar to my experience. after seeing Tweedy solo and seeing Wilco from 1998-2006 I thought they couldn't get any better. those albums were kinda disappointing for me too with the exception of The Whole Love. Just saw them on the 20th anniversary tour and was blown away again. disclaimer: I thought they were the best live band in America from 2004-2006.

Received Rollins Band's 2 LP, "End Of Silence Demos" on vinyl. Some mighty awesome jams were recorded in the studio that day and Henry nearly tears his vocal cords out! Blistering, raw, Rollins!
"Pretty cookies, heart squares all around, yeah!" -Eddie Vedder, "Smile"
NExt reissue will be Day for Night!!!! <:-P I just sold my original to get ahead of the upcoming price tumble. ) (I never would have done this, except the condition wasn't very good anyway - only VG). Although now I have to wait for.... a year??? More? to spin it again. :-<

Maybe I should sell my original Day for Night......
I didn't think about that, Clever Girl!
I sold mine in VG condition for $160. If yours is in really good condition, like no surface noise or anything, I bet you could get $250. It's not a very good sounding record anyway - I'm willing to bet that the MOV reissue will sound better than the original!

It was sealed when I got it Aquired in a trade back in the day. Still in plastic just sliced open. Mint except for one dinged corner but it was like that when I got it.
Mine sounds great especially for thin vinyl.
I don't think Fully Completely is MOV but it sure sounds good though!

You're right. It's Universal this time. Well, I'm not sure I'd sell the original if it was in such great shape... although I doubt the reissue would sound any worse than the one you have, so yeah, unless you have a thing for first editions, maybe make $250!

Still in plastic just sliced open.
Mint except for one dinged corner but it was like that when I got it.
Mine sounds great especially for thin vinyl.
I don't think Fully Completely is MOV but it sure sounds good though!

Well, I'm not sure I'd sell the original if it was in such great shape... although I doubt the reissue would sound any worse than the one you have, so yeah, unless you have a thing for first editions, maybe make $250!
