thanks, man. i can't believe how much Benny Hall is going for. but it's much harder for me to accept that i could have bought it from the 10C, but opted for the CD instead b/c $ was sooooo tight. every time i look at my order history, i cringe.

we have ONE record store here in Waco...and it's a chain store called Hasting's. i've really lucked out in the past by buying LP's that were marked down b/c they weren't selling. i think i picked up a sealed copy of Ben Harper's "Lifeline" for $4.25. :shock: i've grabbed several for well under list price---they tend to have 2 markdowns. if the LP is supposed to be $22, the first markdown will be to $14, then $6....and every once in awhile, i'll snag one for less than that. this is what i grabbed today!

Just picked up that TCV yesterday. Great since I missed it on RSD last year. Their full length is one of the best sounding records around. Alot more clarity and separation on there than any other medium.

Also picked up Van Morrison-Moondance.....never got into him, but it seems like I've heard every song on there already.

Moondance - one of my favourite albums of all time - ONLY to be appreciated on vinyl. Hope you enjoy. The voice on that album..... woh, so so good. He sings like he plays the Saxophone!
