    That was a fun game. Less red sox fans than I have ever seen for one of these games. I don't think there was one in my section.

    Leave me a ticket and i'll be there...love the city I once called Brooklyn my home. Oh wearing ALL my Red Sox gear of course....last time I was there I was checking into the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel and the valet says careful wearing that crap (vintage Red Sox jacket and hat) I told him I ALWAYS wear this crap ESPECIALLY when I'm here in the NYC.

    Looks like Hughes will be used out of the bullpen in the playoffs. Was hoping he would get a start. But too many good starters

    We'll see. Definitely a good win but they beat Scott Proctor. They are going to get in at this point.

    Yeah, I wouldn't be shocked to see some of the guys who played in the first game play but I doubt it. Maybe have arod DH to keep his swing going.

    Yeah, I'm with you. As much as I want to see Boston choke, I would hate to see the Yankees get swept going into the playoffs. I guess best case scenario is all the regulars play well, Colon pitches well but Tampa somehow wins since the Yanks are playing a bunch of minor leaguers.

    Thats great news. Obviously the Yanks would want him back but good to see Cashman made comments that he wants to come back. That was my biggest worry.
