    They said he should have gone on this one. Perfect throw. Didn't talk about it on the radio on the last one since Cervelli got barrelled over, they were pumped up and thats all they really spoke about.

    If they can hold them off they will somehow have a 3.5 game lead in the division. As terrible as the yanks have been playing, Boston has been much worse.

    They took all this time to bring up Montero because of his catching and look at that he did well. And also Romine is up and catching.

    So that's 8 out of the last 11 starts where Hughes has given up 2 runs or less.

    Sounds like Cervelli could be out for the year. Going to be an interesting playoff roster. Wonder how comfortable they would be to have Montero be the back up catcher in the playoffs.

    That's his 4th concussion in his playing career.

    Didn't watch too much of the game. Tuned in around 11 and caught the big inning off Felix then went to sleep. Romine got his first hit and it was a solid hit from what I hear. Seems to have done well behind the plate since there is nothing negative reported.

    Yeah, looks like the Yanks should take the division fairly easily. If the Yanks go 8-8 in the final 16, Boston has to go 12-4 to tie and win the division, and they look like shit recently. Hopefully that means the Yanks get Texas in the first round.

    The team that beat the crap out of your guys last year? (I know Clifton is elsewhere :D but he only pitched one game in that series.) I guess their pitching is getting worn down. I think the AL playoffs will be a dogfight. Except the Red Sox aren't going anywhere.
