it's more annoying when the crowd at met games randomly belts it out. I've also found it dumb when the Yankees would play the Braves and the Met fans would not realize the Yankees could help them out by beating the Braves.

That was one of the most exciting games I've ever seen. Two future Hall of Famers like that deciding a game in that matter. The rest of that series were blowouts, so that was the one I was glad to be able to attend.

and this whole thing with crossing the mound...braden said it's an unwritten rule. i've never heard of that before. i'm not claiming to know every single thin about baseball, but this is the first time i've ever heard a pitcher say anything about someone crossing the mound.
