Still think the Yankees go back to Texas with a 3-2 series lead. Don't know if Burnett pitches well or not, but i think the Yankees will hit Hunter around.

eveytime the yankees are supposed to hit a pitcher around. he ends up throwing like cliff lee did tonight.

i don't mind if we don't win this year. Not that i don't want them to win. But i'm just excited for these next few years. With Hughes, Cano and Montero. And Jeter getting to 3,000 next year. And Alex the year after that.

I don't think we should use CC tomorrow, AJ needs to go pitch to pitch and execute. He needs to be confident and descisive

you know plenty of teams have overcome one dominating pitcher in the Championship round, especially with the best-of-seven format. What this reminds me of how Mike Scott dominated the 1986 Mets in Games One and Game Four and knowing that he was pitching in Game Seven, the Mets won the next two and taking 28 innings to do.

Personally I'm embarrassed to be associated with any Yankee fan who posts the following as their facebook status: "is absolutely ashamed to be a Yankee fan right now". Really come on?

No one had us winning that game last night. As soon as hughes didn't have it the other night i figured we were going in the whole 2-1.

No big deal and certaintly not Andy's fault he gave them a shot.

Would like for Good AJ to show up tonight and shock the world.

I'm surprised at some of the quitters on here - down 2-1 is certainly something they can come back from.

Only problem is they probably have to win the next 3, and they have been thoroughly dominated for 90% of this series so far.

The other problem is the Yankees missed out on the Year of the Pitcher. I'm sure the old wallet will fix that in the offseason. :x

Exactly. A lot of them are posers and 'like' the Yankees because of all the championships they've won. They can't even name more than 5 people; and those 5 people are Jeter, A-Rod, Tex, Mo, and Cano.

Listening to MLB radio this morning - that moron Dibble was saying that Gardener was safe. Um, you have to actually touch 1st base to be safe, idiot. Now, I don't know if the umpire saw that he didn't touch 1st, but however he got to his decision, he got it right. By the way, Gardener is gonna get his hand broken doing that.

That is what continuous winning does to you. Nice problem to have though right? There were tons of Cowboys fans down here in the late 90s that were "embarrassed to be Cowboys fans" - a couple of years after winning 3 of 4 Super Bowls.

I thought the same thing - really???

Dibble is a moron. I do think that the ump called him out on the timing and not that he missed the bag though, just from the way he reacted. Either way, the call was correct.

Cubs have themselves a manager. I know there are a couple people here that disagree with me about Girardi but I think this is great news.

I like Girardi. You know when I heard Evan Roberts say he has some bad news about Girardi, that I thought he meant his father died of Alzeheimer's.
