Shutting your fingers in the drawer, when getting the paracetamol, pretty much defeats the object of the exercise.

I applied for another job this morning. At least this time I remembered to include where I graduated from college. I forgot to include my education in my last job application, so I resent it this morning as well.

Golly, believe it or not I'm the detail oriented person in my department. *blush*

    Wish me luck! :)

Convinced I have a very rare, very serious, form of a cold. Have a headache, sore throat, runny nose, feel knackered. Trying everything, anti-biotics (as had sore throat for 2 weeks), paracetemol, sudafed, took a multi-vitamin this am, zinc - to boost my immune system, drank 2 fresh fruit smoothies, I have even resorted to a Blueberry muffin. All this and still not better!!! If it's not gone by tommorrow morning I will be very angry!!

I realized that what I want in a co-worker is intellectural maturity. I would LOVE to work with someone who LOVES to think! It would be great if this person also adhered to deadlines. One interview candidate had intellectual maturity, which to me means vision and empathy. The other candidate probably adhered to deadlines, but her answers were not as complex nor did they reflect an experience of greater depth.

If I get to interview for the jobs I applied for I would definitely fashion my responses to reflect an intellectual maturity and greater depth of experience.
