    My second dad was hit by a truck while on foot. He's okay. 
    I also have a major gambling problem that has ruined my life. 
    I am also inmy mind which wants to leave the world and hurt anyone in it's way. 
    I'm sorry if anyone worries about me but I'm set in my way.

    I fear I may have expected too much from counselling. As I only have 5 sessions, it won't really be possible to deal properly with underlying issues and I feel she's going to focus more on coping mechanisms or trying to change me.

    Try not to expect anything. Go open minded. Ive had many kinds and some for 6 months at a time. And all have something to learn about myself and situations and people. It can be the start of realisation at least. And you can always have more

    Well I'm only entitled to 5 free sessions with my insurance, I dread to think how much it would cost to take it beyond that!
