I have this one professor who literally yells at us all. We do the work she asks, or we attempt to do it (we meaning a crappy group I have to work with, which makes everything worse), and then we get horrible grades. I have enough to worry about, I don't need failing a stupid required junior English course to be on my mind :evil: Literally could have picked from hundreds of junior English courses, and of course this is what I get. Frustrated!

32g. I've tried a new protein shake concoction and it isn't doing it for me. I might have to revert back to my old concoction.
when I made protein shakes, they would have around 45-50g of protein...I had to force myself to eat lunch! Try adding flax or chia seed or greek yogurt to it. :thumbup:
