Personally... I think Tort Reform is a good thing. There are patients who sue their surgeons (that saved their fucking lives) because they don't want to pay the massive deductible. Do you know that there are Presidential Transcripts? All prepared speeches are recorded and transcripts made avaliable. If you wanted Lincoln's Gettysberg's Address, Kennedy's Inaguration speech or Harding's State of the Union... it's there, in the Library of Congress or www.whitehouse.gov . If Obama said this... it's recorded somewhere.

I wish we could all agree on one thing, and that's to be angry enough to want to change things. I wish the "right" would join in on the anger at the anti-war protests, I wish the "left" would come out to the tea parties-- I would love it if everyone could put their partisanship aside and LOUDLY demand more of our elected officials. At this point, I don't think our letters are being read, or our phone calls are being answered-- so, what is next? Getting louder, and more in their faces. Can everyone be loud and eloquent at the same time? Probably not, but everyone should at least TRY. Finally... you admit to be on a Publicly Funded Entitlement Program yourself... and this comment, "Mothers with children have health care its called welfare" means that you had Public Health Care, right? How was the quality of that Health Care? Would you recommend it or say it is adequate? Or does it need to be fixed?
You no longer need it... so, now it is bad? Was it bad when you were taking it in? Are you paying back all of the free handout money you and your family accepted when you were on the Government dole? And don't say, "I pay taxes, now". You were getting the taxes that I was paying. I was never on Welfare... I was paying for you. If you're so critical of 'Socialism'... shouldn't you be paying back what you took out?
