I've never been to Langerado before, but I see that they are bringing it back this year. Same people that do Lolla and ACL.
Miami downtown would be sweet as well

Interesting thought. Would they play a fest even though they are holding their own? I would prefer a stand alone PJ show but hell at this point I'll take anything

There's so much space down here, why play someone else's festival? Lots of great locations to hold the PJ20 festival in the south, but that will never happen...
That being said, I'm not willing to settle for a festival date. I want a tour with real PJ shows. Don't get me wrong, ACL did rock, but it was a pretty run of the mill greatest hits setlist, with a few exceptions... getting to hear ben with the band on red mosquito was great, and The Mountain song with Perry Ferrel, well.. and The Real Me was nice.... but.... I need my usual 2 and a 1/2 hour fix of the band... an hour and 50 just doesn't cut it
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

There's no stopping this freight train... It'll be on Page 1 until they play in Texas or I die... and I'm only 26 so I think I can outlast them...
I'm serious...

now there's a strangely appealing idea.
I went to Langerado '06 & had a killer time. R.E.M. played two years later, but I didn't make it down for that one.
I still think I'd prefer a downtown Miami venue, like http://bit.ly/gmLHnw
