If the rumors flying around are true, it sure sounds like we're primed for a screwing over once again.

Keep in mind that I have no sources or any inside info whatsoever. I'm just reading the posts on the Porch that say Boston, east coast, west coast - you know, the usual suspects. Not a word about the south has been rumored.

What amazes me is that this band is supposedly Eco-activists; however they're willing to drive right on past (assuming they're going from Atlanta to San Fran) without stopping anywhere... Especially when there are places in-between you haven't played for going on 10 years with rather large populations....
A little hypocritical if you ask me. Not exactly efficient use of their carbon emissions if they're driving right on by...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
I feel that maybe they think the festival in FL and in Georgia are their Southern dates this year?
I'd love to hear about more concerts, but I'm getting that impression. :?
I hear ya Shep..but the only thing that would amaze me at this point would be if they actually played here again. Look at 09...flew here from CA for just one festival and then flew back to CA..look at 2010..played a festival in New Orleans and then played 2 shows in Missouri when they could have hit Texas in between if they wanted. :(

I already have tickets to the Avett Brothers (for a couple of TX shows this summer - first one is this Saturday in Dallas!) and Eddie/Glen. I'm considering the Toadies show at House of Blues and will definitely be buying Def Leppard/Poison tix during the presale on Thursday (they are playing together and my wife is a huge Def Leppard fan - we saw them last year and they rocked live). Candlebox is tempting as well.
