i understand the impatience for 'Buy' buttons to start appearing, but the 10c Bootleg program page clearly says
Shows will be mixed and mastered and available within weeks of the show date.
The first show was less than a week ago... deep breaths and patience needed! ;)

I'm not so much in need of a BUY button right away. Knowing which ones will be made available is enough for me.

Agree.... The Stones are my favorite band, I've seen them live nearly 75 times. Although I would have preferred Mick Taylor join Pearl Jam on stage, he is suffering from a serious medical ailment at this time. Ronnie Wood was a fine choice and PJ chose a great setlist IMO.
There's Pearl Jam, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Robert Johnson......and then everybody else.

I'm with you, as far as Mick Taylor is concerned. Thats my FAVORITE Stones era. But, it was KOOL, that Ronnie Wood was ther. I think if you look around ;) , you can FIND that SBE show.

For all the who ignore these sorts, like myself.

I´m not familiar with all this. I did a fast read. So, we can´t play flac audio on most audio devices? I understand that the audio on flac has higher quality than mp3. But I´m not sure if I would be able to burn it on a cd and listen to it. Please enlighten us with some good explanation.

Otherwise I guess I would purchase the cd. It seems they do give a nice printed cd box??

    Flac ..

I use Window's Media Player. I wasn't able to play .flac files though that player. So I downloaded this application. http://xiph.org/dshow/ . That's it. :) I used to use winamp.com & videolan.org .. but the basic Window's Media Player with this app, does the job good. It also works for those tag Last.fm database listings.

http://flac.sourceforge.net/ .. you are able to download the source for you operating system. Included is the app Flac Frontened. What this app does is you are able to drop those downloaded .flac file's, and easy extract the wav files from it. So you can take those .wav files and burn them on any CDR burning software app for your PC/Mac etc..

Though Nero's Burning Software (latest versions), already have the flac.dll file installed. That you wouldn't need to use Flac Frontened to extract / rip etc.. You just create a new audio cd, drag the flac files like you did those wav files. And tada! Easy as pie.

I personally perfer buying the cd's from 10club. Cause for an added 2 dollars (wasn't that how much it costed for the '08 tour). You get the cds, artwork, cover casing etc.. With those, you can backup those cds, rip those cds & make your own flacs, mp3's etc..

If you use Nero, there is a new plug-in that can burn FLAC directly to CDR. No conversion neccessary.

Otherwise, you can convert the FLAC's to wav with FLAC Frontend and burn those. It's not difficult. You just need a little hard drive space.

two bucks plus shipping i think, right? But I prefer buying the cd also. I was also wondering what kind of cd they make, but someone posted already that it´s a professional cdr, not the regular ones. Plus what demetrios just posted (artwork, etc). Seems worth it.

Does anybody know when and where it will show when the boots become available? Will it be under setlists w/ a download next to it or will it be in the goods section under bootlegs? Some information would be nice.

I'm willing to bet that these shows they are playing now aren't going to be released and we won't see any official boots until the shows in Sept.

I disagree. They put out the notification about the 2009 Bootleg program the day before the 1st concert. As others have said, the bootlegs will be available within weeks of the actual show. I'm hoping the 1st ones will start to become available sometime next week.
