    my gf likes me to call her during certain songs to hold the phone up since i refuse to take to her on pj tour
    it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...

    I hear you: I wasn't at the Chicago shows, but I did feel self-conscious about bobbing around next to the girl playing a game of Statue next to me at the Mansfield show last year. Oh well! I don't think I'm obnoxious, I guess I just move a little bit (I didn't bump her!)

    To those at the Pine Knob shows...I saw 2 shows in MI a few years ago and the crowd was dead. Then I got a beer dumped down my back. I really wish I had enjoyed shows in my hometown!! :(

    yea in columbia this couple was next to me..just stood there. very strange to me..i just kept hoppin around.

    as for pine knob or dte energy or whatever it is now..i saw teenage mutant ninja turtles there when i was a kid and im pretty sure i still got a beer dumped on me

  • i was at both shows and they both rocked. i didn't pay no attention to the crowd, but if they were there, i would guess they liked pj, remember when "you" first started listening? pj fucking grows on you, at least it did for me. i know i rock out, but some people just don't know how to move.

    So, the people standing directly in front of you are texting one another when they could simply turn to the left/right and talk instead? Ugggh! That would bother me to no end! Although, I guess your line of vision may shift as you span the stage from Mike to Stone, so maybe the guy you see texting when you're trying to enjoy Mike wailing on the guitar is waiting for his text response from the guy you see texting when you're trying to watch Boom play with his organ. Maybe they're organizing a sign campaign to get No Way played and need to alert each other as to when to hold said sign up high.

    This made me laugh, but believe it or not, I've seen it happen. People in the same row were texting each other about which song names they should yell out. :roll: To each their own, I guess.

    I'm not there to:

    a. jump around like a monkey;
    b. sing so loud that it annoys the person next to me;
    c. get so drunk that i either puke or dont remember the show at all; or
    d. show everybody how big a PJ fan I am.

    I'm there to see and hear the band, that's it. I'll do it the way I want (as long as it doesnt interfere with those around me) and you are free to enjoy it the way you want (as long as it does not interfere with those around you).

    stay thirsty.

    If the band's reading this - can we get this printed on the tickets? :lol:
    Seem like perfect terms and conditions to me!
    '05 - TO, '06 - TO 1, '08 - NYC 1 & 2, '09 - TO, Chi 1 & 2, '10 - Buffalo, NYC 1 & 2, '11 - TO 1 & 2, Hamilton, '13 - Buffalo, Brooklyn 1 & 2, '15 - Global Citizen, '16 - TO 1 & 2, Chi 2

  • If Tenclub would get their shit together :arrow: , they would work "style of enjoyment" into the seat distribution. One half section of stills, and the other section movers.

    This way the band can focus their energy on we who go crazy :twisted:

    The next step is to break each of these groups into sub-sections (feel free to help): drinkers, weed lovers, drinkers who like weed, singers, relayers, couples that make out during slow songs, friends who got dragged there due to unsold ticket.

    This way, once compartmentalized into our "cozy comfort pods" (you can use this title TC), we can all enjoy undisturbed.

    this is why grand rapids VFC was a winner. It got the complaining low numbered, entitled whiney bitches out of the front..... by accident :roll:
