I would prefer Mels shoulders. Why? she is taller ( Gav, if you are reading this... yes it is YOU we are talking about) I went to my first Pearl Jam Concert with this bloke, who gave me a tape to play in my XY Fairmont.93

How quick did all the Fixer areas go???

Sorry for the question just slammed at work cant find time to read thru.

I know for Sydney that silver reserve seating is up the back of the top sections. Im surprised that tickets went that quick

sydney was gone at 10.45 when i first looked

Yeah I checked around same time as well.

Are we thinking that the SFS would be about 35-45,000?? Id say by looking at the map that 75 of that would be sold

Venues Seating Capacity (These are full seating and most will have reduced):
    Members Equity Stadium 17,288
    Adelaide Oval 33,597
    Ettihad Stadium 56,347
    Sydney Football Stadium 45,500
    QSAC Stadium 48,400
    Mt Smart Stadium 26,500
    Jade Stadium 36,000

Probably 10-30k GA on the floor.

I only went to the 3 Sydney gigs, maybe others can take a stab...

2006 Tour Venues (These numbers dont include floor):
3x Acer Arena each 17,471 (nb third concert probably had 10,000)
2x Brisbane Entertainment Centre each 13,500
3x Rod Laver Arena each 14,820
    Newcastle Entertainment Centre 4,658
2x Adelaide Entertainment Centre each 11,000
    Subiaco Oval 42,922

I wonder how many of these were repeat punters in cities like Syd, Bris, Mel and Adelaide?

I went to the ticketek outlet to see if I could get some really good seats just in case I start to feel a bit shitty standing all day. I was about 15th in line and it took about 15-20 minutes before I got to the ticket booth. When I got there all seated gold, silver were sold out only GA back spacer were left. On how many people are going to the QSAC Brisbane concert I think if you thought about 2/3 of the seated stadium were filled, lets say 30,000-35,000 people and maybe 5000 standing. That makes for a pretty big concert.

    Hey everyone!

Just letting you peeps know that I just booked some very well priced flights from Auckland - Christchurch - $29(NZD)! Usually onspecial at $59 so half price. Anyone who is planning on attending both shows and hasn't booked their tickets should take advantage of these deals, I say. Search through house of travel to find.

And perhaps the auckland fixers mostly went in the presale - my friend got hers late on the day of the visa presale. Looking forward to breaking my personal 14 year drought and our kiwi 11 year drought of live Pearl Jam! Yeeeaaaa!
