Woohooo outdoor shows in Aus, finally!!
Even if they are massive stadiums, who cares :D
I wouldnt want to be up the back, but if you're near the front its gonna be awesome. Its gotta be GA, i cant imagine seating working out in these places.

One show in each city only means one thing - traveling everywhere :o:D

MMMM, QSAC. I would rather it be Boondall, that place goes off when PJ play. QSAC in November......I see rain coming. Maybe I am getting old......
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, thats why its called The Present.

Please, please, please get this right for us!?
Yes but how are they going to do that? Stadium shows are usually GA on the floor area/down the front. Set up special chairs for 10 club members and standing room for everyone else? I doubt it! People like me will have to get there at 9 in the morning, line up all day just to get up the front at one of these shows. I'm prepared to do it, but what a bummer! Would prefer shows at places like RLA where we have allocated 10 club seats. Can't imagine Pearl Jam filling more than one Myer Music Bowl, one Etihad Stadium as they're not as popular as the AC/DCs of this world. Thus, only one show per city imo. Therefore, I'm off to Sydney and Adelaide as well. Bring it on!

U2 did the elipse thing last tour, where the first X thousand got wristbanded and into an area like the D Barrier they use at BDOs. Maybe PJ could do simlar for Ten Clubbers??

I don't think people are annoyed/angry at PJ playing the stadiums themselves. It's the fact that some of them may be half-empty that is the concern.
    Come to send, not condescend...

I dont think the people in charge of these venues (QSAC) allow standing any more in the front rows it will be seated in Brisbane anyway.

i think i'll be giving this tour a miss.

QSAC is the worst venue ever for pearl jam. sure it's closer then the Ent Cent, but that is all it's got going for it.

i can see a last minute venue change happening due to lack of ticket sales. that would be pretty funny.

Is that right then? Brisbane is seated?
(btw, my idea for 10c ticket holders would be a roped off standing area with wristbands and such)

In that case I'm going to make sure I'm one of the first thousand (well I better better be, I'm in the Ten club). I hope they have some sort of arrangement like this for Ten Clubbers.

Yes it is seated unless they choose to change it. The stadium is owned by the State Government who are very strict regarding Workplace Health & Safety. If someone says standing is dangerous they will change it

I can see why they are playing out door concerts. I think they are doing this because they get the same amount of people in 1 show than 2. Thus reducing the cost of the performance. Even PJ have to look at the bottom line!

Well this has screwed up my plans. I had lined up friends to accompany me to 3 Sydney shows using 10 club tickets. Now if they all want to go to the 'one show only', I won't be able to get 10c tickets. Better talk 2 of them out of going with me.

Maybe they'll let 10C members in early as they've done in the past...?

I wonder if EV will do a few solo shows while here as Liam Finn is coming?

Thanks for the news. This is weird!!

I guess we just have to wait and see what pans out. There'd be room for small shows, but who knows? Looks like the band is downscaling this tour, while kinda upsizing it as well!

Was pysched for the big Subiaco gig in 06, but didn't enjoy it as much.

Would be hoping for 10c seating for us all at each show.

    Anyway, c'mon 10C!!! And c'mon Ticketmaster.
