I get to London at 3pm ish and I am in the Custom House hotel near the Excel (anyone else staying there?). I have stayed round that way before and the DLR is outside so I can make either pub, really dont mind. My tickets for the London show are seated so I imagine standing people want to get there on time. By the way my other seated ticket *may* be available again, as my friends either can't decide, or are out of work, or cant get the time off work, or are going to Manchester. If it is and anyone needs a spare seated I might be your man.
    Reading 2006, Paris 2006, Wembley 2007, Manchester 2009, London 2009, Dublin, Belfast, London 2010, Manchester x 2 2012, London x 2 2018.

damned this failed economy in the US!! :(

    FP!!! how goes it????

havent heard from you in eons... :o
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I was implying that 'the majority' had had better fucking... maybe it was a long shot... meh.

I don't even drive so no car keys for me, Mr Dunkman ;)

Is it bad that I had understood this without needing an explanation  ... understanding smut better than the dunkman *hangs head in shame*

perhaps you were just in a slightly smuttier mood than I young Chimicus... ;)

i stay at "Central Hostel" (26 Princes Square, Bayswater if that helps).
the O2 arena isnt in google maps, is it the Millenium Dome renamed or sth. like that?
btw: where can i change my money?
I was there in 07 for the Wembley show.

I think I still have skin wounds from the fucking awful beds at that place.

LOL, really? but i think it is quite central, isnt it?? (got no clue about london)
i was just quite amused about all those pink-bathroom pictures.. beds don't look comfortable, but i'll only sleep there 2 nights, guess i'll survive that... :D
i can basically sleep everywhere... if anybody is going to take the bus from manchester to london at 4am, you will see... woke up with things drawn in my face before, so bring an edding... ;)
I've lost Oscar, my primary loudly-air-banding-on-a-bus partner in crime friend from that bus. But I'll most certainly make a complete dick out of myself on this bus and be told by tired people to shut the fuck up :D

    And I won't.

    Right...

    16th - Manchester - Moon Under Water (Deansgate) - betwix 4-5pm
17th - Manchester - Moon Under Water again before show - when people are awake and have recovered from 16th.
18th - London - The Market Porter (3 underground stops on Jubilee line from O2) - One for early drinkers and arrivals into London (before sort of 3pm time) as people will need to book into hotels and get tickets near the venue. When booked into hotels and tickets got, meet in HaHa Bar inside the O2 complex or in surrounding pub/bar if HaHa full.

17th and 18th meet up times dependant on when Tenclub tickets are available for pick up.
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
