    It better be shows as in plural!! Those nights are going to rock. It will be amazing listening to my favorite band as the sun goes down again on another beautiful Alpine night!

    Awesome. It will be a total blast. I always love driving out of Alpine too. 40,000 people making a mad dash for two exits! Remember that big guy who was sweating like crazy before the show in 2003? I felt bad for him and was surprised his chair held up!

    Yea we kept watching that dude to see if his chair would hold up and it did. lol

    Didn't I have a sign that said we needed tickets for the Columbus, Ohio show. And some people were asking us if we had any extras? lol


    I love Alpine after a show. Just chill in the parking lot and talk about the show or whatever. I can get out of Alpine fast if I want to. I just choose sometimes to stay there for a little while longer. God I can't wait when they come back to Alpine. :D So much has happened in our lives since the 2003 show, good and bad things. Good times with you always my friend and I can't wait to meet Jen. I'm happy for the both of you. Will uncle pat be able to request some PJ at the reception? :D

    I felt bad for that poor bastard. It was soooo hot out and he was sweating like crazy. lol. We we were looking for tickets to the upcoming Columbus show and people thought we were from Columbus looking for tickets to the Alpine show!

    A little PJ at the reception would be PERFECT!!

    I just absolutely love that venue. Saw them there in '98 and I was there for the infamous "Ice Bowl"(in a t-shirt!). I've got some friends that are big Dave Matthews fans, and we make a trip up there every year for their show. Camp the night before, get there early and tailgate all day long. If they play Alpine I can show them what a real band is like. :cool:

    and I guess that would also mean that if all of the people here would also want them to play here (well in Alpine Valley which is VERY close to me--well 2 1/2 hours so not too bad----I've traveled there for concerts before), then we would possibly be able to form a meet there type of thing for all who would be going........

    I had fun in Cinci in '06...nothing like pissing in the garbage can so I didn't miss much Long Road! And, I was quite impressed with the fellas sitting next to us rocking out...they definitely didn't look like your typical PJ fan...
