So exciting! WHAT COULD IT BE?

PS. Get e European shop up and running @Santos L. Halper. If indie duo Tegan and Sara can do it, you can.

this might be a little too harsh but the honest truth is that they dont care about EU fans.

If they cared they would get a European shop running years ago when these problems with costums started to happen.
That´s why i dont buy that many things from the 10club shop. it will stop at costums and i´ll get to pay even more money for something that it´s not cheap to begin with , also the shipping costs would be way small if they started a european shop and thats another problem also.

Didn't they used to have one? Pretty sure I remember stuff coming from a European location a few years back.

Think one of the Vault vinyls shipped from europe because it was manufactured here. From memory packaging was shit so was repackaged by 10c and remainder sent from there.

Nice use of a Tegan and Sara meme.

I'm not in the US, but we have a similar problem in Canada.   Our tax free limit is only $20.  It wasn't a big issue before because customs let most thing slide, but the last few months they ramped up enforcement.   When you combine the high shipping costs 10c charges and our governments really low tax free limit, I only order from 10c when they offer something unique that I can't buy from a retailer in Canada.

10c isn't a very big operation, which is why it's sometimes run the way it's run.   I don't think I expect them to setup different 10c stores, but it would be cool if the band itself could let more stuff go to retail so we can order it locally instead of only through the 10c.   That would help a lot.

the problem is, sometimes you want stuff done properly and the way you would want it done.  Having a second location a half a world away would require a lot of training, attention and probably cause inconsistencies with how things are supposed to be done.  So i can sympathize with why the 10c may not want to do something like this suggestion

I wrote to 10c a while back about something like this (never got a reply though)... ordered one of those mistery boxes for 100$ + 44$ of shipping..... it took like 4 months to arrive and when it did it came with a nice customs "fine" for over 100$...
Even had to pay custom taxes from the shipping costs just because 10c doesnt specify what are the costs on the order itself....
So a 100$ thing cost me almost 250$, it's just too much and i really dont get why are the shipping costs so ridiculosly expensive... a 19.99 blu-ray ships for 12$.
