so in what range of 10C numbers you think will get field tickets for the Sunday show as opposed to grandstand? looking at one of the resell sites looks like there are a pretty good number of grandstand section with nothing available so can only assume a lot of the lower sections are 10C as well as the field. my number starts with 226 and was hoping to be on the field.

I think you'll be fine. Looks like 3,4,5 of Section A are all free. And 2,3,4,5,6 of B are open. That alone is 205 rows of seats. I don't know how many seats are in each row, but that's a decent number.

I need a confirmation that my plan will work.

I am looking at Hotel Indigo Boston-Newton Riverside. It's at the end of the Green D subway line. I'm looking to take the subway back to the hotel after the show. Only thing schedule wise for the T is the time the last train departs a station in the city, not the last time a train departs Fenway. That last train is a little after midnight. Will they add trains for the event? Is this an ok idea? Any other tips/advice?

    Thanks in advance!

interesting. 205 rows at 20 seats per row would be 4100 seats or 2050 fan club sets. yea agree would think i'd be in that level. really hope to be on the field just to say I was on the field at Fenway Park you know. be kind of cool.

For Fri I got tickets in section C3 on the field in general sale, so I'm assuming my 10C tix for Sun are better than that.

I've been to Fenway and saw two games there in 2011. The least comfortable seats, but the atmosphere for a game is outstanding. The batting practice tour was great too, learned a lot about the park during the tour.

If anyone has a single ticket for the Friday Fenway 1 show, please PM me.

Why the hell does the Fenway Concert page list all the Summer shows except Pearl Jam? It's like they don't want to acknowledge that PJ is coming to town. This is strange to me.

PJ probably balked at being part of the "Plainridge Park Casino Fenway Concert Series"

I don't know much about that particular "casino" other than the I've heard that it's not very successful, too close to "better" gaming in RI and CT. Just my opinion, gambling (especially slot machines...ugh) are never a good way for states or municipalities to gather revenue.
