Jesus man, hadn't heard this since I was there about 10 rows off Stone's side. I remember the crowd drowning out Ed several times. Quite possibly the most chilling (good chills) concert moment I've ever had.
Chills man, chills. I will always remember every moment of Release from that night. I remember when it actually happening, I literally felt like I was lifted off the ground from all of the energy and sound during "I'll ride the wave.....WHERE IT TAKES MEEEEEE!". Just crazy.
It's about time that these boots see the light of day in a nice box set packaged with a DVD and some other cool stuff! Wrigley was off the charts...but Alpine was something else, like from another planet.

I hope I'm wrong but it looks like the Alpine PJ20 release (in whatever format) won't be addressed until something GETs their attention to look back to that magical weekend.

Thanks for posting. There were so many memorable moments that weekend but this was one of the best for me. I absolutely love that tag. I was standing on the lawn, heard the opening notes, and teared up. That song just really touches me for some reason and to finally hear it after 19 shows was just awesome.
