  • PJ is first of course! Then surprisingly (since I'm not a fan) I saw Marilyn Manson at the Electric Factory in Philly and it was an amazing show...It rained red ticker tape, a he played on stilts, instruments hanging by chains... and the crowd was a human circus. LOL such an cool experience.

Also...At All Good music fest last year I saw Les Claypool (bassist from Primus) what an unusual sound and costumes and instruments. I stood there in ankle deep mud and felt like I was trippin out.

    pearl jam's my number one.

next would be nine inch nails, followed by the foo fighters, followed by ac/dc, then rush, the tragically hip, weezer & the pixies.
  • Bell X1 .... fantastic irish band!
    Broken Social Scene
    Faith No More
The Offspring (in leeds '95 i think) Dexter got me on stage to sing "come out and play" with him in front of a packed duchess of york, ending with the obligatory stage dive ..... i should have been a rock star :) )
    NIN
    The Frames
Biohazard (my first proper gig in '94)

Im seeing PJ live for the first time tonight (cant wait) ... seeing Beck and radiohead tomorrow, and Damien Rice next week so the list may change a little :)

I think I said this once before on this thread.....but anyway, gotta be Green Day on their last tour! The energy was fucking amazing and Billy Joe is one helluva charismatic guy - loves people too.

Obviously I would never trade all the times I have seen Pearl Jam play live....they are an incredible live band and would be put on this list posted anywhere else....but here it is too obvious.

    So I will say:

    Pink Floyd
    Page & Plant
    Fishbone
