The whole dish is 9 oz American Wagyu medallions, cheese stuffed poblano, refried beans, and molcajete salsa. Fresh tortillas on the side. It came out on this sizzling tray. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.

Offering tortillas w wagyu almost seems like a sin.  I like it though.  Its one expensive burrito though, lol!

American or even Australian Wagyu is the biggest meat scam in America. Same with anything labeled Kobe beef. Not that it isn't good, but that there is an obnoxious upcharge and marketed like something it is not. It is not even close to the real deal. Rant over, thank you.
