    Funds were already in an escrow account while the original award was under appeal. He could have had the $5.6M dropped off in pennies and then had the escrow account money, minus the interest, wired back to him, probably. Kaitlin Collins should ask CCOOTWH what impact the paying of $5.6M as an adjudicated sex offender feels like and what impact it may have had on his hamburder and Diet Coke purchasing, and whether he feels a pinch like his fellow 'Murikkkans. That'd be a good question to ask.

I would never contribute to any kind of ratings for Trump's delusional speeches, so I don't what he said about this, of anything (I only read about his fascist comments about elections so far), but why does it seem like America isn't reacting to this batshit crazy situation in Iran in a rational way?????? It is looking like some form of denial on some levels, from the outside looking in.

    I don't know this for a fact but a reporter I follow on Bluesky said that he watched Fox & Friends this am for an hour and they did not mention the speech or election fraud at all. Still nervous about that lawsuit settlement I guess.

    I guess the good news is that the major networks didn't even cover that piece of shit speech. Has this ever happened before where the POTUS has a "major announcement" that gets ignored by the ABC/CBS/NBC? I know Fox aired it and the trio also aired it on their apps or sister networks but it's fucking insane.

    I caught a bit of it in some clips and it was as expected. He was unprepared, hoarse, rambling, etc., pretty pathetic.

    i think most americans have come to realize that the election in 2024 was stolen, oligarchs are running the show, nobody is coming to save us, and none of this will end until the grim reaper comes for trump. it is a pretty helpless feeling to be honest. most of us just ignore him now because our anger doesn't change anything. congress doesn't change anything. the supreme court doesn't change anything, and the system does not work. all our anger does is hurt ourselves and take years off of our own lives. most of us ignore him and hope for the best at this point.
