    1. Helping the economy (false)
    2. hurting their “enemy” (partially true-hurting everybody)

    Now the courts have struck down his tariff bullshit. They will appeal of course...

    What a fucking disaster.

    I was listening to an interview with a small business owner that sells furniture. They were expecting issues with China prior to trump taking office so they shifted their purchases to Vietnam. Now trump has gone after Vietnam with tariffs and fucked up this guy's business for who knows how long.

    I really like President Trump's new official portrait.
    It certainly captures his essence.
    The natural-color wood frame is a nice touch, as well.
    Granted, there aren't many here who'll appreciate it but,
