Like that smoker grill Miles. I have a charcoal weber grill. Burned my burgers. Needed to let coals cook down more, plus burgers were pre-made semi frozen. Knew it wasn't going to be great.mickeyrat said:todays dinner after losing 4 lbs prepping and painting the garage was a rack of babybacks I got on sale reduced a few weeks ago , aldi coleslaw, corn on the cob and mac n cheese....and homemade peach pie for dessert(peach truck peaches)the ribs.
not a smoker, kettle in a table cart preformance series...bought that 6-8 years ago reduced price as a clearance - damaged item(swiped the missing piece off another clearance item). has the camping propane bottle lighter system.....similar to this but bottom shelf only. enameled side table without this drop in section. and a pull out storage bin(think a 13 gal kitchen trash can for storing a bag of charcoal and/or wood chunks.....)been thinking about those camp fire tripod grill setups. when I lived briefly in germany the licals had those with a crank to raise or lower the grate. heavy duty stuff....
.good work

The performer setup is fantastic if you cook with charcoal or wood.

I love the weber kettles, especially the ones with ash catchers and trap door to add fuel. So worth the extra cost. Beer can chicken is always delicious and open to many different flavors.0

Typical weeknight dinner. Braised pork belly and cabbage, daikon carrot salad, and egg drop soup. The pork is spicy because of Japanese togarashi, basically ground up chili peppers. This is why we never go out.0
