I have been recently introduced to Meat Church BBQ rubs. Its similar to seasoned salt with a bit of sugar. I keep it on my desk and put it on everything, even scrambled eggs. So good.0 -
"Meat Church"
Scandalous.This weekend we rock Portland0 -
Perhaps. Other than hot sauces, I have never been one to buy into prepared seasonings, dressings, or spice mixes etc. To make it even more scandalous, their basic rub is called the "Gospel." We can all make it. But it is damn good.Poncier said:"Meat Church"

Anyone here use MSG on their food at home? I'm MSG-curious, now that we know it's not gonna kill us.With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

No but we do use use potato starch (katakuriko) for sauces and frying. We cook 90% Asian food and never felt the need for MSG. Unless Pearl Jam is playing there
