    Love this. That's all.

I'm glad you did Garage Inc too. It is still one of my fav albums to listen of theirs.  I love all the covers but Die Die my Darling.  It's the only one I felt the song was flat.

After Puppets all those years ago we got Garage Days Re-revisited to pacify us until And Justice would come out.

Of course we all loved it and clamored to find the original Garage Days that didn't exist.  It was rumored to be the Creeping Death Import that no one had ever seen.
I have a creeping death import. Likely not the one you speak of. Has creeping death one side, am I evil. Blitzkreig side 2. 45rpm 12 inch. No jacket. Music for Nations. Likely a boot. Got it as a kid.
Oh that s it alright!.  When I was younger we could never find that ep.  We heard of it but never saw it. Then our record stores were selling "imports" at an elevated price and we ate that shit up.

I remember scouring the Import section to see what was new.  I had some crazy albums I would love to get back.  Maybe I'll ebay them one day, lol.

Fun fact!  I still have the OG Elektra Metallica cassette without Am I evil and Blitzkrieg on it!

Sweet. We used to ride our bicycles a few towns away to a record store. They had that import section too. Picked up some good stuff. Would love to go back in time and see what i passed up. Glad I kept my records. Almost got rid of them like I did my cassettes. That would have been a bad move.

Enjoy them even more now. Especially the ones with all that history attached.

    Rock on!
Rob, if you have a picture of yours try to post it.

Non Metallica pick up from same import section. Japan pressing

    Awesome stuff @Loujoe and @lastexitlondon

Also if you can find that cover for Creeping Death it actually says Garage Days Revisited on the back. As kids though we thought there was a whole record full not  just the 2 songs.

Some of my fav imports were Maiden Japan and Live at Last/Black Sabbath. That Sabbath cassette was the first I ever successfully backwards massed.  I listened to it constantly and there was a song I dug but never knew what it was until we reversed it back to normal.

    That song?

    Snowblind.

Love that Jason does these unboxings.  Not thrilled with the price though.

I bought the black album one to get the moscow show on vinyl.   I waited until their was a sale.  I think I got it for half off.   I forget which website.

Its interesting with boxsets.  Often they come out expensive, die hards buy them right away, and a black friday or two the remaining copies go on sale.   Then sometimes they just sell out, and you missed out.

I've been playing chicken trying to wait for a good price on Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie boxset :)

I asked for the Puppets box for Christmas when it came out.  That thing is like 1000 now.  Crazy.

Did not know there was an Mellon Collie boxset? Runs to google and Madame zuzus.

How much is the Mellon Collie box set going for now. I think I paid around $80 when it first came out.

There's a 30th anniversary boxset which includes a live compilation album from tour dates before Jimmy Chamberlain had to leave the band.  Regular price seems to be around $325 USD.

I've found coupon codes for sound of vinyl and udiscovermusic that would knock it down 20%, been holding out for 30% :)
