$250 face behind the stage. Fuck this shit. Way to battle the elites by pricing regular folks out of going.

To be fair… there’s like 18-20 people on stage at any given time during a Springsteen concert.

The possibility of postponing or cancelling the Spring tour is currently being considered.  Health issue for Bruce.

No.  Info comes from someone extremely high up on the food chain.

New studio version of "A Rainy Night in Soho" from the Shane MacGowan tribute album is quite beautiful.

The last 2 days there have been big g.a. drops for Austin and Phoenix. They sat for hours. Picked up Austin as it will most likely be my only show of the tour.

Frustrating they waited for day of show to drop Portland. I would have probably gone but it’s a 5 hr drive so too last minute for me.

    Hey all,

We went to the Portland show last night. I've never seen Bruce before, but it was a great show, just shy of three hours in length, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing.

I got us side-stage seats, about seven rows up, and yes, about $500/seat. I absolutely feel that it was money well spent. As @on2legs noted, there were nineteen people on stage for most of the show; one of those people was Tom Morello, by the way. ("The Ghost of Tom Joad," with Morello shredding, was a highlight for me.)

The setlist was the same as the Minneapolis 3/31 show, minus "Purple Rain." The memorial/tribute to Clarence Clemons at the end during "Tenth Avenue Freeze Out" was particularly sweet, I thought.

The crowd was ... well-seasoned, LOL. We were on the younger side for that audience. Props to the gentleman wearing his Bruce concert shirt from 1980 (not a typo).

And kudos to Bruce for taking good enough care of himself to still be putting on a great, rocking, three-hour show; that was inspiring!

I haven't had my caffeine yet, but the broader takeaway is that this is a great, great show, with great, positive energy, worth every penny.

Guess it wasn't really an "issue"

100% was an issue.  Info came directly from a person on tour with Bruce every night.  I'm happy the issue has been able to be managed.  I have tickets to two shows.  My fingers are crossed it doesn't become an issue as the tour moves forward.

Went to Austin for my one show of this tour. Walked into the pit at 7:19 he came on 7:39. We were maybe 8 deep in the center. Too much to talk about so I'll just say it was was a great show and the message was very clear and much appreciated.

Rock star shot of Tom Morello! Great pictures. NJ native here and never saw Bruce. Oh well.
